Hi, I’m Emilia, founder of Emiana Energy Healing, a sacred space of deep healing, personal transformation and spiritual exploration 🌱🧘‍♀️🌀

I opened Emiana Energy Healing in 2022 to help individuals heal through and release stored traumas, rediscover their true selves, and explore their spirituality in-person and locally. After a brief pause, Emiana Energy Healing is back and open in Rochester’s South Wedge neighborhood! now located in Crystal Core Sound Healing's powerfully transformative healing studio.

I am a certified Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) master and teacher, psychic intuitive and channel. During our sessions, I help you identify and release your personal energetic blocks in the mind, body and spirit. I connect with Source, your spirit guides, your Higher Self and my Higher Self to deliver the messages you most need to hear. My mission is to help you understand the path you are on, heal from uncertainty, pain and past and current issues, and unleash your most authentic self. After each healing session, I gently ground you back into the present, offering guidance on how to move forward on your unique path of healing and self-discovery.

I believe in the sacred healing power of face-to-face human connection, so I don’t create pre-made guides or courses. Every person has a unique healing journey that cannot be fit into a box - let’s focus on YOU and heal together in-person.

Painful experiences, no matter how “big” or “small”, store suppressed emotions in the body, mind, and spirit. These suppressed emotions can then change our personality, our demeanor, and our perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world. Most of us most of the time distract ourselves from our wounds, push them aside, or pretend they are not there. We can distract ourselves with alcohol, drugs, food, s*x, or binge-watching TV. We can even compensate for our wounds by replacing them with "healthy habits," like replacing the wound of not feeling worthy enough with a strict diet and exercise routine.

Most of our coping mechanisms, whether considered unhealthy or healthy in our society, are forms of escape from our wounds. Unfortunately, escaping from our wounds does not heal them. Escapism only lasts until we are triggered or until we ultimately reach our breaking point.

To heal a wound, we need to shine a light on it - understand where it may come from, approach it with compassion, put some love on it, and love ourselves despite of it. Our wounds do not define us. But it is through our wounds that we discover ourselves and grow past them into who we are meant to be ✨
