Join us this Friday, November 14th for our seasonal Community Day!
Free and open to the public, come enjoy tea, snacks, demos, sample classes and services of many of the glorious offerings from my self and fellow small business wellness workers at Frequency Wellness Space.

At 4:30 pm I (Mackenna) will be partnering with Genevra for a ways to Support your qi/Prana for the winter, it's a little yoga meets acupressure and involves your Kidneys.

From 5-7 ish I will have a room open for 2-3 people for some sample acupuncture and tuning forks, bring a friend or make a new one while getting some self care 💓

At 7:30 is my monthly (paid) event of Community Acupuncture with Sound Bath and Meditation! (link in events in bio).
