Keeping the good news coming at Hope Lodge Rochester. We’re thrilled to have Chevrolet as the Official Automotive Partner of Hope Lodge! The addition of Chevrolet’s Traverse, backed by Chevy Cares, will help support comfortable rides to and from cancer care for Hope Lodge guests.
Thanks to the donation we have already provided more than 170 rides since December.

We are honored to be a member of the Greater Rochester Cancer Alliance. Membership means easier access to programs and services for everyone facing a cancer diagnosis. For those living outside of Rochester, many programs and services are available virtually.

We are thrilled to share that we are a part of a new partnership in our community: The Greater Rochester Cancer Alliance (GRCA). 13thirty Cancer Connect, ACS EMPOWER, Camp Good Days and Special Times Inc., Cancer Support Community at Gilda's Club Rochester and C.U.R.E. Childhood Cancer Association have come together to provide a more centralized and coordinated approach to cancer support services for patients, families and healthcare providers across the Greater Rochester region. Please take a look at our website, which includes a joint calendar with the programs being offered by our groups (https://bit.ly/rochestercanceralliance). This centralized, accessible hub of cancer support resources should make this experience a little easier for those in their battles and beyond. GRCA's hope is this one-stop-shop increases communication between our groups and with those we support.

The Buffalo Bills might not have won last night, but we sure had fun at Hope Lodge. Many thanks to the Hope Lodge Advisory Board for providing a fun tailgate party and to the Buffalo Bills for the Crucial Catch swag. Surprisingly, all tables were intact at the end of the party.

So grateful for Community Bank, N.A.. They provided tent space at the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Rochester yesterday to promote Hope Lodge and the new ACS EMPOWER program.

Cards, table games, learn about resources from the American Cancer Society and Cancer Support Community at Gilda's Club Rochester, and gather at 7pm for close-up magic. With Wednesday's launch of ACS EMPOWER, not only will there be more support and programming for cancer survivors and caregivers staying at Hope Lodge, we will also be inviting survivors and caregivers from the community to join us for many of them, beginning in August. Stay tuned for details.
