Life is hard these days - and it's filled with confusing contradictions… give yourself “this” if you care about “this”… do that, but dont be selfish, dont express that, but share this… hang onto this, but give that way and so on and so on and so on…
Its exhausting knowing what to do, or thinking you know what to do, and end up not doing the “right thing” or somehow things don't change, get better, and even sometimes get worse…
The truth is that personal transformation doesn't come out of a cookie cutter.. It's not a one size fits all because what works for someone to set them free from their chains, might be keeping you stuck in them… and how do we even get to the bottom of it when the ego and subconscious have become masters of jumping through hoops to keep you away from the truth…
