Ok, y’all… last prenatal yoga series until the fall!

Summer is on the way and Molly and I are cooking up some seasonal alternate programming for the perinatal community this summer ☀️😄

This final spring 2026 embodied childbirth preparation with prenatal yoga series runs April 14 - May 19, Tuesday nights 6pm at Frequency Wellness Space!
