Being raised by a veteran shaped how I understand strength, service, and community.

From my dad, I learned:

🪖 That your unique way of contributing matters — and there’s a place for us all in the bigger picture.
🪖 That courage is walking through what’s hard together and coming out stronger.
🪖 That the way you live speaks louder than your words.
🪖 And that when we come together, our shared humanity always shines through.

These are the same lessons that guide how we hold space at Frequency — for growth, for healing, and each other.

With gratitude to all who have served, and to those who continue to live with quiet courage and service.

🎶 Sound, dance + healing demos to lift your spirit
💫 1:1 mini sessions for reiki, ear seeds, grounding, stress management + kinesiology (first come, first served!)

Plus, enjoy NA beverages + snacks throughout the evening — because community care also means nourishing yourself and each other. 🤍

We’ll close the night together with the monthly regularly scheduled Acupuncture Meditation + Sound Bath — the only paid session of the evening and the perfect way to seal it all in.

Welcome Vanessa Samson to the Frequency Fam! ✨

We’re so happy to welcome licensed marriage and family therapist Vanessa Samson to Frequency Wellness Space.

Vanessa specializes in relationships, parenting, and prenatal and postpartum mental health—helping clients navigate challenges and break patterns that no longer serve them.

With a background in yoga, Ayurveda, and postpartum care, Vanessa brings a deeply mindful and holistic approach to therapy and support.

We are so grateful our space can support her work. Give her a warm welcome!!

Right now, many in our community are struggling to access food without the support of SNAP.
If you’re able to give, we’re collecting donations in our entryway—non-perishables, pantry staples, and anything that helps feed a neighbor.

All food collected will go directly to local food pantries here in our neighborhood and to the community food box outside the Winton Branch Library.

Let’s take good care of each other. Community care is wellness. 🖤
