Experience a guided free-expression dance meditation to integrate the enlightening energetics of the Winter Solstice! Karen Ann’s guides will bring forth visualizations, energetics and activations through a channeled meditation during a curated music set. Begin with a gentle yogasana and pranayama warm-up; move into ecstatic dance; and relax within a sacred sound bath led by Lisa Maria. Receive healing energies and crystal bowl sound frequencies. Complete the experience by enjoying a cacao ceremony and creating an intention reminder art card to integrate the energetics for the Winter season of restoration!
