Our volunteers gathered to celebrate the season at our holiday potluck, sharing many delicious dishes, festive games, and plenty of good cheer. The highlight of the day? A special visit from the star of the show—Tomato the tortoise! 🐢✨ Thank you to our volunteers for all you do throughout the year.

On Friday, The People’s Pantry of Rochester picked up our 2025 Food Drive donations. Thank you to our incredible community—staff, residents, family members, and friends—for your generosity. Special thanks to Tops Friendly Market in Brighton for donating extra paper bags when we ran out. Before delivery, the donations were blessed by Rev. Hilary Streever and our lay chaplain, Patti Cummings. Together, we donated 170 bags of groceries and personal care items to support neighbors across Monroe County. Thank you for helping us nourish our community!

What a joyful afternoon in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd! 🎶
The ECH/REM Chorus, featuring REM Artist in Residence Andrew Johnson, filled the space with beautiful holiday classics. The chapel was packed, the music was uplifting, and the spirit of the season was truly alive. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special performance!

Thank you Episcopal SeniorLife Communities for hosting the Holiday Gifts for Seniors Committee this morning at River Edge Manor. 200 bags packed with necessities and goodies to be delivered tomorrow to spread some holiday cheer! Great job committee!

REM residents enjoyed a special visit to the NTID Art Gallery, where they explored the work of the featured artist - who also happens to be the father of one of our residents. A meaningful connection and a wonderful day of art and conversation.
