Our Shamrocks Across America project on 4 North has officially wrapped up, and we couldn’t be more excited about the journey! What started as a fun idea turned into a nationwide connection, reaching 41 out of 50 states.

We sent out 196 flyers and cards by email and mail—and were thrilled to receive 130 responses in return! Even more importantly, the project brought smiles, laughter and connection to staff, residents and families alike.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this such a meaningful and fun experience!

March is Social Work Month, and we are taking this opportunity to recognize and thank our outstanding team of case managers, care navigators, social workers, service coordinators, supportive housing managers and all who serve across our communities. Your work is rooted in compassion, dignity and advocacy, and it touches lives in ways that are deeply felt every day. You help individuals and families navigate complex moments with care, patience and understanding, and we are truly grateful for the difference you make. Thank you for everything you do.

Great conversations happening across our communities! The ESLC Foundation team hosted Lunch & Learns at five of our independent living communities, where we explored ESLC’s history and growth, talked through industry challenges and shared a look at the future. Thank you to all who attended!

On Monday, Lauren Goetz and Alana Russell from joined ESLC Senior Living Consultants at River Edge Manor for an informative session on Senior Living Options and Organizing for Life’s Changes. We were happy to welcome neighbors from the South Wedge for a thoughtful and engaging conversation.
