Lauren is a program assistant at Marian’s House, a respite facility for adults with dementia — and she loves what she does.❤️

Each day, Lauren connects with guests through activities like trivia, art, music, cooking and dancing. Whether she’s leading a game or sharing a laugh, her goal is to make everyone feel welcomed, valued and joyful.

Before working at Marian’s House, Lauren completed the Project SEARCH - New York program at Jewish Home, where she learned essential workplace skills — such as teamwork, professionalism and the importance of flexibility.

“I truly enjoy making a positive impact on the people we serve each and every day,” Lauren shared.

Lauren’s story is a powerful reminder of how we can bring joy to others through hard work and compassion. 🌟
