Elmwood Pediatrics turns 80 in 2026!

What began as a commitment to caring for Rochester’s children has grown into eight decades of trusted relationships, shared milestones, and community connection.

From that first checkup to that first day of work or college, it has been our privilege to care for generations of children right here at home.

Our practice proudly offers a wide range of pediatric services, including ADHD evaluation and care, mental health counseling, lead testing, emergency pediatric care, lactation counseling, prenatal visits, regular immunizations, well-child visits, and standard physicals for sports, school, and camp.
