World Kindness Day: The Medicine We’ve Forgotten

Let’s be honest — the world feels heavy right now.

Everywhere you look, people are angry, anxious, or just plain exhausted.
It’s easier than ever to get caught up in the noise — to scroll, react, and harden ourselves just to make it through the day.

But the truth is… we can’t heal a world that’s hurting by fighting louder.
We heal it by softening.
