I have been doing a bit of research lately on Fibromyalgia and massage therapy and stumbled across some interesting pain and sleep management studies done. There is a link to Dysfunctional Breathing Patterns and Fibromyalgia.
There have been several studies done on pain management using breathing exercises with patients who have fibromyalgia and studies have proven patients to see a reduction in pain and improved sleep with only doing 8 weeks of breathing exercises.

Out with the old and in with the new! (Skin that is!)
