↔️ Stretch your neck left and right, hold (x5 each side)
↕️ Tuck chin down, then lift gently up (x5)
🔁 Roll your shoulders backward (x10)
🔃 Reach arms up and back like a snow angel (x10)
🐔If unable to fully extend, modify by placing your hands on your shoulders to create a ‘chicken wing’ and then lift your elbows upwards and back.

Compensation is when the body finds clever ways to get through the day, even if something deeper is still off.

Some common signs:
 – Pain that moves instead of resolves
