Try this simple reset today:

âď¸ Stretch your neck left and right, hold (x5 each side)
âď¸ Tuck chin down, then lift gently up (x5)
đ Roll your shoulders backward (x10)
đ Reach arms up and back like a snow angel (x10)
đIf unable to fully extend, modify by placing your hands on your shoulders to create a âchicken wingâ and then lift your elbows upwards and back.
