Wonderful yoga poses for low back pain relief!

One of the biggest ailments clients express to me is low back pain! Core strength is so important, especially synergistic muscles such as the Re**us Abdominis (ab muscles) and the Quadratus Lumborum (The deepest low back muscle). If you want your muscles to play nice together, stretch and strengthen both muscle groups for synchronicity. 💪

Such amazing benefits of getting out of your comfort zone. Sometimes, it may be the last thing you want to do mentally when you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed but that just may be the best time to do it. Ruminating is a hard habit to dig your way out of but I know from personal experience that doing something new and challenging yourself helps boost you mental health greatly.

It may not always be comfortable at first, but engaging in new experiences delivers a proven mental-health boost. In fact, the benefits are so wide-ranging that doing new things should probably be considered an essential element of well-being.

It is ARCH MADDNESS at our neighbor Vitality Chiropractic ! I love my foot leveler orthotics. My joints feel much better after workouts now and my high arches don't ache anymore. Supported feet lead to improved posture which leads to less pain and greater quality of life!

It's time to Hike!
After a 1 year hiatus, we are back and more excited than ever for this years Hike For Health! We created this Hike event to help encourage clients to get out and get their bodies moving. This also gives clients the opportunity to meet like minded people in the community.
Let's come together, make a few friends, and enjoy a beautiful Fall morning in nature. We all need a little health centered FUN!
