Highland participated in today’s statewide Mass Rescue and Evacuation (MRSE) drill. 🏥🚨 This vital exercise allowed our teams to improve coordination, communication, and emergency response skills alongside partners across New York State. Drills like this help make sure we are ready to respond quickly, safely, and effectively in large-scale emergencies.💙

No, this isn’t an April Fools' joke, your allergies are worse than you think! 🤧 New data from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America ranks Rochester as the 5th most challenging place to live with allergies. Yep… top five! 😬

The good news? There are some simple ways to keep symptoms under control this season:
• Check the pollen count daily
• Use a saline nasal rinse
• Shower before bed to wash off allergens
• Take allergy medication
