We are looking to hire an experienced body technician for our collision shop. We are a family owned business started back in 1969. We opened our retail collision shop in the beginning of 2020 and are growing quickly. We are located in Penfield and are the only body shop in our zip code with plenty of work. We just did a major remodel to our front office and made a lot of updates to our shop. We have some modern equipment (caroliner frame rack with 3d measuring, prospot welders, etc.) and a motivated owner who appreciates input from our team on our processes and future direction.
Body tech is a full time position but we will also consider part time. Pay is based on experience (I'm willing to pay whatever it costs to get a good employee that fits our culture). Duties include teardown, identifying additional damage in this stage, body repair, block, and reassembly. We have a variety of jobs from small to large. Performance will be assessed as needed in order to ensure you have everything you need to be successful with us. We are looking for someone who wants to fix cars with safety and quality in mind. We put a lifetime warranty on our work and take a lot of pride in the vehicles we repair.
