Well Works is a classroom made available to healthcare providers and health & wellness professionals to teach classes that promote the advancement of integrative health in the community. Well Works is a subsidiary of LJMD and an integral piece to the LJMD “Wellness Center” vision. Classes may include: Nutrition, Mind/Body/Spirit, Environment, Laughter, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Journaling, Exercise, Cooking, Reiki, Tai Chi, Essential Oils, Detox and much more.
