Have any old electronics?? Please bring them to us! We are collecting old cell phones, tablets, batteries, computers, and small appliances until April 20th. Our homeschool group will be turning them into the Detroit Zoo in exchange for zoo tickets! Items can be left in the box at the front desk in the Downtown Wellness Union. THANK YOU!

We still have a few “Wish Tags” on our Giving Tree located in the lobby of UpDog’s Downtown Wellness Union (across the hall from the Studio)in support of Rochester Area Neighborhood House (RANH) to help local families in their time of need. Please consider purchasing a gift from our “Giving Tree” and help families by providing a little something extra during the holiday season.

If you prefer, you may also participate online by visiting the Giving Tree direct link to make a gift selection and then place your unwrapped gift under the tree by Sunday, Dec. 6th: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b094eabaa23a64-updog3

Step 1) Select a Wish Tag from the UpDog Giving Tree in-studio (or visit the online Giving Tree link)
Step 2) Purchase the items listed on your Wish Tag (new items only)
Step 3) Tape or tie your Wish Tag to your purchased gift(s) and return them unwrapped to the UpDog Front Desk by 12/6. UpDog Teacher Trainers will deliver all collected gifts to RANH for wrapping and distribution.

Please Bring Your Unwrapped Gifts To To The DWU and Place Under The Tree No Later Than Sunday, December 6th. The Wellness Union is open daily 10AM-7PM for contact free access.

FREE WELL HUBSPOT EVENT THIS THURSDAY, DEC. 12 @6:30PM AT THE Downtown Wellness Union (adjacent to UpDog Yoga Rochester). Please join us for a fun night with local wellness, holistic and organic craft and food providers as part of our Holiday Bazaar. There will be many local vendors with unique holiday gifts for sale, free demos, snacks, chair massages, and much more. A one of a kind event for one of a kind shoppers!

This is a FREE event and everyone is welcome!

Thank you UpDog Yoga and Downtown Wellness Union Community once again for your support of our Holiday Giving Tree to benefit Rochester Area Neighborhood House (RANH) by providing holiday gifts to local families in need - You never cease to amaze with your generosity!!! All gift tags on the tree were filled once again this year and the gifts are being delivered to RANH Tuesday by our Yoga Teacher Training group of Santa's helpers who decorated the tree with hats and mittens to be donated as well (pictured below).

If anyone still happens to have any purchased gifts that haven't yet been returned to Updog, please drop them by the studio by Monday evening Dec. 9.
