My kids always amaze me. They performed in their first musical together as lead roles and boy did they nail it.

Freaky Friday was a great movie but when local youth perform it on stage while singing and dancing, you can’t help but get a new feel for the story. It is such a fun show!

Good job, kiddos. I’m so proud of you and the energy you are putting into this world. Continue to be good people and do good things.

Thank you, Waterford School District, for a lovely in-service day! I was able to catch up with my better of the best colleagues, Kristy Jean and Living Full Kombucha, and play three different sound baths with my friend and coworker.

The educators and administrators of this district are phenomenal people and I’m so very lucky to spend a day of wellness with them all.
