We had an amazing time last night at the 5th annual First Responders Appreciation Dinner, hosted by Scouts BSA Troop 355 Owatonna! The food was delicious and it was wonderful connecting with everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for recognizing the work of first responders—we appreciate you!

Exciting news! Last week, Paul (RN) and Eric (Paramedic) represented Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service at the 3rd Annual Coulee Region Healthcare Career Festival at UW-La Crosse. We met so many enthusiastic attendees interested in exploring careers with us. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth—your passion for healthcare made the event a huge success!

Not all heroes wear capes! Last night, we honored several incredible heroes for saving the life of a gentleman visiting a park in Byron this February. Thanks to the quick actions of crew members Julia and Brian, Byron MN First Responders, Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, and a bystander who witnessed cardiac arrest, called 911, and started CPR ❤️ with help from Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service’s Emergency Medical Dispatcher, David, this patient is alive today! We’re grateful for everyone’s hard work and dedication—and a special thank you to the bystander who sprang into action. Another life saved!

On Tuesday night, first responders and a bystander in Byron received Life Saving Awards for their efforts in saving Bill Thompson, after he suffered a cardiac arrest in Oxbow Park in February. ⬇️Click the link in the comments to read more
