The January Women's Social at Brickstone by St. John's was a glamorous affair featuring resident Constance Ruscio telling the story of her career in the fragrance business. Ruscio spent decades as an executive for brands like Chanel, Yves St. Laurent, and Versace, and she told her fellow Brickstone residents and guests all about the extravagant product launches hosted around the world. She offered a look into the industry that only a true insider can provide!

Gourmet Magazine was one of several popular magazine titles that closed during the financial crisis. This coming Tuesday, the beloved publication will be rebooted as an online newsletter on the platform Ghost. If you like to cook and are looking for inspiration, the new Gourmet’s recipes will target home-chef types.

Gourmet is a worker-owned publication about food and the people who make and consume it.

The unique sounds of Eastman Community Music School (ECMS)'s ENCORE CHORUS again filled the Wintergarden earlier this week when the group brought their winter break rehearsal to Brickstone by St. John's. A few residents and guests even joined in to amplify this special group's collective voice!
