Welcome! Rochester Office: 749 E.

I would like to introduce you to a new model of healthcare that will pave the way for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Naturopathic medicine is the combination of modern medicine with the principles of naturopathy. The practice of “Naturopathy” began in 1900’s which was a mixture of “Nature Cure” (the use of water, air, diet and herbs which originated in Europe in the nineteenth century) and other natural healing methods such as spinal manipulation and homeopathy. In my practice I work with clients to optimize wellness and prevent disease. I also consult with clients coping with chronic illness such as pain and fatigue, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, autism and cancer by supporting the body’s inherent abiltiy to heal itself. I completed four years of post-graduate medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo. Bebefits of B1
Energy Production: B1 is essential for converting carbohydrates into energy, which powers the body's cells and tissues. It supports physical activity and overall energy levels.
Nervous System Function: B1 is vital for the health and function of the nervous system. It helps maintain healthy nerve cells, improve cognitive function, and reduce the risk of neurological disorders such as beriberi.
Cardiovascular Health: B1 contributes to maintaining a healthy heart by supporting the metabolism of glucose, which provides energy to the heart muscle. It also helps regulate blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Mental Health: B1 plays a role in mood regulation and mental well-being. It supports the production of neurotransmitters that contribute to feelings of happiness, relaxation, and focus.
Immune System Function: B1 helps strengthen the immune system by supporting the production of white blood cells, which fight infections.
