Regression work is the most fascinating job I’ve ever had. Many clients go to places I had no prior knowledge of, including other dimensions, planets, and universal consciousness to name just a few. I’ve had to expand my awareness and open my mind greatly in doing this work. Many times clients end up before recorded history, so we just go where the higher consciousness leads us.

Interstellar beings have come up in different forms for multiple clients over the last seven-ish years of doing this work. Beings of different body types and intentions. I was previously someone who loved everything metaphysical but wanted nothing to do with UFOs and aliens. That’s the amazing nature of Regression work - we set intentions for something specific to work on and never know what it will be connected to in the past. Almost every client that has ended up in lifetimes encountering other beings didn’t set intentions specifically to do so. Intentions were usually about overcoming or exploring an emotion, relationship, body illness/pain, etc. The interstellar beings just so happened to connected to whatever the intention set was.

Where recorded human history is limited, everything is stored in the higher consciousness. Regression Hypnosis can help access such a wealth of unimaginable information one session at a time.

The term “old soul” is used frequently, but how often is it paired with the knowledge of past lives and reincarnation in our society? Apparently we’re all the same age in the other side, so wouldn’t being an old soul have more to do with how many lifetimes you’ve had apart from the other side? These are questions I work to find concrete answers to.

I’ve been quiet on my business social media for quite some time because frankly I’m overwhelmed with the world. The energy of division in these last few years has ramped up to such a high degree.

Evil is taught to us from such a young age. Just think about super hero movies and shows alone. Every time someone has an amazing power or skill, there’s someone that wants to take it away or harm them for it. That’s how I interpret the underlying message.

I feel strongly the only thing that will truly end divides will be an embracing of the reality of reincarnation. I say reality because researchers, such as Dr. Jim Tucker at the University of Virginia, have proven this with case after case of spontaneous recall. I also work with my clients to try to obtain factual information that can be later researched.

We have been many beings before, living as different sexes, races, religions, cultures, countries, etc. Digging in your heals on your current life experiences and the fear tactics used for nefarious purposes by governments, the elite and religious leaders create divides. Expanding your understanding of your timelessness eliminates them.

Imagine how amazing our world could be if governments and religions embraced and taught about our internal power and timelessness instead of trying to s***f it out? Imagine if fear wasn’t a continuous tactic used by either? There are many other layers to this, but just feeling of eliminating fear alone helped clear the energy in my head and heart momentarily. Sit with that idea for a few moments. Close your eyes, clear your mind and imaging what the world may be like if fear was eliminated. Did any heaviness leave your body? Everything is energy and fear is a heavy one. Fear allows divide. Working on such a “basic” emotion like fear can do wonders for the state of our world.

Energy is everything. Learning how to take ownership of protect personal energy are some of the first skills I help every client develop during our sessions.

Any website purchase is available for a month to you so you can listen nightly before sleep or throughout the day when needed. Energy protection is a learned skill that everyone would benefit from. Our society would be far less reactive if everyone practiced skills to take ownership of the energy inside and surrounding their bodies.

Real talk - Sometimes I sense things in people that they’re not ready to recognize themselves. Sometimes I find myself as a catalyst of change others aren’t really willing to make. This is where I find occasional resistance. It happens rarely, but in the few instances clients tells me “It’s not working” I know the real reasons. If I use the same techniques on every client to keep my practices as scientific as possible, the variable for success lies within you. I can tell when someone has walls and blocks up. I’ve been an observer all of my life, and cutting through the BS to get to the core is either something you’re ready for or you aren’t. If you truly want to succeed with regression hypnosis and emotional wound release, it requires being honest with yourself. Confronting the most uncomfortable parts of ourselves brings the most freedom.

Aside from the dramatics, this series is very well done. As someone who has worked with children my entire life, and also was a child experiencing things I couldn’t make sense of, my appreciation for the open-mindedness of these parents brings me to happy tears.

If your child experiences night terrors or voices anything about spirits or other lives, please for the love of everything DO NOT dismiss this as imagination. Children are open conduits to the other side. They only close off those connections when adults close them off with religion, fear, disbelief, etc.

Also, if your child is old enough to talk and you don’t want him/her to go through years of anguish, please seek a regression hypnotist that specializes in the metaphysical. We can help.

September marked my official 5th year of opening my private practice doors for Hypnosis, but also about my 25th year of being involved in the mental health and wellness fields in many capacities.

With everything I’ve experienced in multiple school, juvenile detention and psych. inpatient settings, I feel like I’ve been able to make the biggest impact in helping people in private practice. My attention and focus is solely on the client in this setting, and it truly has been an honor to have this experience.

Thank you to each and every client who has put their trust in me to be the guide in their healing and empowerment journeys. It is because of you that my doors remain open in a field that is still widely misunderstood and isn’t allowed to accept insurance in this country.
