At Inward Office, we teach a very simple and body based practice of yoga as the foundation of our services.
Given the sedentary lifestyle of today’s desk worker, we find that these body-based practices are an entry point into embodiment and integrates self-awareness into the day in a tactile manner.
When you look at all of the practices of yoga, they can also include include breathing practices, relaxation practices, sensory clarification practices, acts of nonviolence, acts of compassion, meditation, self awareness or reflection, and the list continues to go on.
Yoga is a deep and unending discovery into the truth of true nature.
It originated from India, which is our founder Marla’s lineage.
our instructors, though come from the western New York areas of Buffalo, New York, Syracuse, New York, and Rochester, New York. We deliver these classes and yoga meditation, mindfulness, myofascial release, and training workshops, to businesses that have corporate wellness programs all over Western New York. We also serve a number of clients virtually from our home studios.
