From constant worry to calm days and deeper sleep. 🤍

Grant’s story is a reminder that when the nervous system gets support, little bodies can finally rest, heal, and thrive. ✨

When it comes to pre-eclampsia, there’s more going on beneath the surface.

We’re big believers in looking at the nervous system (are you surprised?), because it plays a major role in how the body regulates things like blood pressure during pregnancy!

We break this down more in our latest article - it's in our bio!

And if you’re expecting or hoping to, join us at our Birth & Beyond workshop on Feb 7th at 12p. We talk through how the nervous system is influenced during pregnancy, labor, delivery and PP!

If your child keeps getting sick, this matters. ‼️

In this video, Dr. Abby explains why some kids get stuck in cycles of illness and why it’s often less about germs and more about how the nervous system is functioning.

When the nervous system is under constant stress, the body has a harder time adapting and recovering.

If you’re ready to break the cycle, start by checking your child’s nervous system!

There’s no shortage of advice when it comes to preparing for birth - movement, breathwork, nutrition, and positioning all matter.

But the foundation underneath all of it is the nervous system.

In this video, Dr. Abby explains why nervous system regulation plays such a big role in labor, delivery, and recovery, and how to start supporting it during pregnancy!

If you’re expecting and want to go deeper, we’ll be covering this and soooo much more in our Birth & Beyond Workshop. It's happening on February 7th @ 12p in our office!

You deserve to know what happened during your birth story. Whether it was your dream birth or it didn’t really go as planned... Your story matters, and those facts can help your doctors paint a picture as to what really happened. 🙏

Birth trauma is something we hear about all of the time and is one of the biggest contributing factors when it comes to childhood struggles. We would love to hear your child’s story and see how we can all connect the dots together. 🫶

Our Story

It all started as a friendship back in Bloomington, MN. The year was 2009. We were just two girls living separate lives prior. Both having lived in Duluth blocks away from each other, but had no idea who each other were. We discovered this one of our first days of chiropractic school at Northwestern College of Chiropractic, fall 2009. Fast forward 2 years and we are starting to think about life after chiropractic school. Both of us married and wanting to start families, but be business owners and do this chiropractic thing at the same time. That’s when we started dreaming about RCW and all of the magic that could happen if we worked together. RCW was officially birthed, June 2012.

While each of us brings a unique passion to the practice, we share an enthusiasm for providing balanced health for woman and children. Both Dr. Abby and Dr. Beth are certified pediatric and prenatal chiropractors (CACCP) through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA). To better serve pregnant mamas, both doctors are certified in the Webster Technique which focuses on ensuring proper alignement of the pelvis and optimal positioning of the baby for labor and delivery. Dr. Abby believes babies & kids should be happy & healthy and that you can make an incredible difference in the lives of children by examining their spine for subluxation or misalignment which has fueled her desire for continued training with the Epic Pediatrics program. She Dr. Beth is also certified to perform acupuncture and has a special emphasis on postpartum patients. Her passion for helping the postpartum population led her to acquire additional training in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation leading to a certification through the MuTu program.

We have grown from a two woman show trying to do it all to a team of 6 amazing women, each with unique strengths that make RCW what it is today. It truly takes a village.
