Feeling good is a holistic experience that integrates the mind, body, and soul. Today at the Waters, this concept was illustrated through therapeutic programming, rise and thrive classes, hand and shoulder massages, and recognizing the accomplishments of our residents who completed a 2000-piece puzzle. This afternoon, we also had educational opportunities through our monthly safety meeting with Darren, our ESM, and book club.

Today was a fantastic Friday. We enjoyed a great turnout for our afternoon bingo bash, which included a couple of major winners. Cindy won a brand new hairdryer, and Bob received a whole cake.
