This year, I’m choosing less of what weighs me down and more of what helps me breathe easier. Less noise. Less hustle. Less proving myself or trying to be perfect. Less following the crowd and apologizing for simply being human. Less waiting for the “right” moment and definitely less doom-scrolling. 🌿✨

Instead, I’m making space for presence, peace, intentional choices, and trust in my own pace. Growth doesn’t always mean doing more — sometimes it means gently letting go, creating room for what truly matters, and allowing life to feel lighter. 💛

What will you release in 2026 so you can step into the year with more ease, clarity, and compassion for yourself?
