Within The Prairie at Rochester Rehabilitation & Living Center, people with memory loss experience a structured schedule of personalized daily care and activities, along with the comforts of home. Long-term care residents enjoy individualized care, life enrichment and an array of amenities and conveniences. Our compassionate and empathetic staff are skilled in caring for older adults and dedicated to nurturing your positive emotional health. Empathy and personal attention are at the core of how we help residents feel cherished, and at home.
