There are too many "yoga influencers" trying to share their idea of "yoga" even though they've never actually studied.

If you want to actually practice yoga stop trying to share "your yoga." Find a real teacher and learn to listen.

You make the time for what you prioritize.

Yes do your dutities (dharma) like taking care of your kids, providing for your family, making a living, etc. but instead of wasting time on sense enjoyment use time for practice.

Vacation time=more time for upasana

Find a teacher and commit.

Show up everyday even when it's inconvenient, even when things aren't ideal, even when you have excuses not to.

Practice is service.

Practice is essential.
