Holiday meals don’t have to be all-or-nothing. In our latest blog post, Justin Brown delves into Finding Joy and Balance while celebrating the holidays and still managing a chronic illness or living with diabetes. A little structure can go a long way:

½ plate non-starchy veggies
¼ plate protein
¼ plate the carbs you actually enjoy

Then choose 1–2 “worth it” foods (your favorites) and skip the bites you don’t even care about. It’s not restriction, it’s intention.
