Hello!! I recently had an interesting conversation with my client. She was new to me and when she came in I asked her to sanitize or wash her hands...this led into her explaining to me why she left her other massage therapist. In general she was very unhappy with cleanliness and sanitation with the other therapist. I assured her that we are clean! And I continued to explain all the things we do to keep us healthy.
More importantly, I was sad that someone didn’t feel comfortable enough with their therapist to not address a concern. I hope I have created an open and honest environment for you. I hope you all feel like it’s safe for you to ask questions, of any kind really. I’m here for YOU! Hot during the massage, tell me! Need more/less pressure, ask for a change. Don’t like a technique, ask for a different one. Wondering why I always do or don’t a certain thing, ask!
