The next 'Naked Yoga' or rather:
Clothing Optional Yoga
has been scheduled for next Thursday November 30th
6:30 to 8pm
at the TAG space (The Aphrodite Group) -downtown, near the train station
TAG: 263 Central Ave, Rochester, NY.

$25 per person/ yoga class.
Emma is an excellent instructor- especially for beginners.

Just bring your yoga mat or a towel & Water if you like.
Emma has extra yoga mats if needed.

The next Naturist Rochester swims will be Fri & Sat Dec 1 & 2

Naturist Rochester Swim Hours:
When on Fridays & Saturdays, swim/sauna are 7 to 10p
When on Sundays 2 to 5p
