✨ “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.” — James 1:2–3 (ESV)

This passage has taught me not to fear the trials of life. In every challenge, I’ve seen unexpected gifts—greater faith, deeper resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

From a health and longevity perspective, trials also teach us to slow down, listen to our bodies, steward our stress, and cultivate habits that build endurance—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Steadfastness is not just spiritual strength; it’s healthspan strength too.

May every trial refine us, deepen our faith, and strengthen the body and soul God entrusted to us. 🌿

Feeling rundown this winter? It might not just be the cold…
Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and stubborn symptoms can be signs of poor gut health and a weakened intestinal barrier.
When we restore function to the gut barrier, we help the body reduce inflammation, absorb nutrients, and regain energy and resilience.
Your microbiome can shift in as little as 24 hours—simply by changing its environment through food, sleep, stress, and movement.
Start with food. Start with function. Start today . Let longevity follow.
There are openings to get started via zoom calls this week Call 585-623-4430

New science is reshaping how we understand multiple sclerosis.

Large population studies now show that Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) infection precedes nearly all MS cases, suggesting it may be a necessary trigger — though not sufficient on its own.

Genetics matter. Individuals carrying HLA-DR15 (HLA-DRB1*15:01) appear to present EBV proteins in a way that can cross-react with myelin, leading to immune confusion and, over time, neuroinflammation.

This helps explain why MS often develops years after EBV infection and why prevention strategies — including EBV vaccines — are now being explored.

✨ Science evolves. Medicine should too.

Functional patterns
Not just your average morning workout

Functional Patterns is hydration for your tissues.
This kind of movement restores blood flow to deep, neglected muscles and fascia—feeding areas that don’t get activated in traditional workouts. Better circulation, better posture, less compensation or pain.
