Community health center seeking to show God's love by bringing hope, healing, and restoration to our community through medical care and community development.

Locations in the 19th Ward and Beechwood communities. What Does His Branches Do? We are a faith based 501c3 ministry operating a Federally Qualified Health Center and focusing on medical care and community development.

1. Medical Care - operating a full service Family Practice including women's health, laboratory services, and behavioral health. We have two locations: (and yes, we are accepting new patients!)
19th Ward Location at 340 Arnett Blvd. Beechwood Location at 918 Goodman St.

2. Community Development, focusing on alleviation of social determinants for community development in the 19th Ward and Beechwood Communities.

Life is hard. Since 2021 our behavioral health team has worked with our patients to navigate challenges, make sense of this experiences, and spark motivation and resilience to live with hope. In 2026, our team has expanded to allow access for members within our community.

Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety or depression, managing a significant mental health diagnosis, or just feeling stuck, our team is ready to meet you where you are and journey with you toward stronger mental health.

Gio (MFT-LP) - Works with individuals, couples, and families, he has a special passion for working with men struggling with relational challenges (anger, stress, sexuality).

Rebecca (LCSW) - Specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Works with children (6-10), preteens/teens and adults.

Dina (MFT-LP) - Focuses on individuals, couples, and family therapy related to mental health, life transitions, and social determinants of health to develop strategies for navigating your journey with resilience.

We accept most insurances (including Medicare & Medicaid) and self-pay. Both in-person or telehealth appointments are available. If you’re ready to take the next step, let us know. 🔗

We just wrapped up the snowiest December in 25 years! ❄️

THANKS to your generous donations on Roc the Day alongside the cold gear from our friends at Lattimore Physical Therapy of Peak Performance, Design Space Studios, & Grace Road Church - we've been able to share the warmth of YOUR love this winter with many of our patients on the street.

⚠️ Same Building. New Entrance. ⚠️

Starting on December 24th we’ll begin using the door on 265 Warwick Avenue as the temporary entrance and lobby for medical and mental health appointments.

🚘 You can still park in our lot or Arnett, but now Warwick Ave may be the closest spot for you (just make sure you pay attention to alternate parking).

🚌 Get off and on RTS at either Arnett/Rugby or Arnett/Wellington for a short walk to our door.

Thanks for flexing with us as we enter our final phase of constructing a space designed for your comfort and care. 🦺
