Community health center seeking to show God's love by bringing hope, healing, and restoration to our community through medical care and community development.

Locations in the 19th Ward and Beechwood communities. What Does His Branches Do? We are a faith based 501c3 ministry operating a Federally Qualified Health Center and focusing on medical care and community development.

1. Medical Care - operating a full service Family Practice including women's health, laboratory services, and behavioral health. We have two locations: (and yes, we are accepting new patients!)
19th Ward Location at 340 Arnett Blvd. Beechwood Location at 918 Goodman St.

2. Community Development, focusing on alleviation of social determinants for community development in the 19th Ward and Beechwood Communities.

Even the cold couldn’t hold back smiles at the annual Arnett Block Association’s Bike Clinic. Volunteers helped create freedom of movement and of mind by giving away 20 bikes, helmets, and locks for kids and teens. A crew of volunteers repaired a couple a dozen more for families from around the neighborhood for a summer of happy cycling. 🚴‍♂️☀️🚴‍♀️
