Yesterday’s weather gave everyone a free excuse to stay home.

And yet — not a single cancellation.

We don’t take that lightly.
We don’t expect it.
But we are incredibly grateful for the people who choose to show up for themselves.

Motivation matters.
Consistency matters.
And progress is built on days exactly like this.

Proud of our patients. Grateful for this community.

Copenhagen bridges and planks are often prescribed for hip stability — but setup matters more than reps.

When the knee is stacked correctly with the pelvis, the adductors can help center the hip joint and improve control during movement.

This progression is especially useful for people who feel unstable side-to-side.

The B-stance deadlift allows the hip to accept load without losing alignment or control.

For many people with instability or labrum issues, this is a key stepping stone back to full activity.

Hip airplanes are one of the most misunderstood hip stability exercises.

When done correctly, they train pelvic rotation around a stable hip — a key missing piece for people dealing with instability or labrum-related symptoms.

Control matters more than range.

01/07/2026

A lot of people are told their hip is “strong,” yet it still feels unstable, clicky, or unpredictable.

That’s often due to microinstability — not a lack of strength, but a lack of control.

Over the next few posts, I’ll walk through movements we use to restore confidence and stability, especially for people dealing with labrum-related issues.

If this resonates, feel free to follow along or share it with someone rehabbing a hip.

Ever feel worse after starting PT?
That’s usually not the person — it’s the approach.

❌ Generic protocols
❌ Rushed visits
❌ Treating symptoms instead of the system

At Limitless, we do it differently:
✔️ 1-on-1 care
✔️ Intentional progressions
✔️ Root-cause problem solving
✔️ Performance-minded rehab (even if your goal is just life without pain)

Different approach.
Different outcome.

That’s why Limitless is different.

These are the principles we use to help football players stop dealing with recurring stingers.

Rehab should prepare athletes for contact — not just recovery.

12/28/2025

Repeated stingers aren’t something to ignore — but they also don’t automatically mean an athlete needs to stop playing.

This video explains what’s really happening and why neck capacity matters.

If you or your athlete has ever felt burning or numbness down the arm after a hit, this explains why.

This is Part 1 of a 3-part series breaking down stingers in football — what they are, why they matter, and how we actually fix them at Limitless...

… and don’t forget to do your PT homework 😏

Swimmers aren’t weak.
And back pain usually isn’t a flexibility problem.

More often, it’s a stability problem — deep spinal muscles that aren’t doing their job, combined with training that keeps irritating the spine instead of calming it down.

This is a real treatment and training session with a Division I swimmer, focused on restoring spinal control, improving core stiffness, and building strength that actually transfers to swimming.

This is how athletes get better without shutting training down.

Most pickleball injuries aren’t random — and they aren’t always JUST "overuse.”

They’re caused by rotation without control
late or weak braking through your ankles and legs
and reaching beyond where you actually train your arm to reach...

When rehab only treats the painful joint and ignores the movement pattern, symptoms just move around.

Save this before your next match.
