This Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Rochester is our December Community Meeting 8:30-10 am!

We are taking collections for Waypoint and they are in need of food store gift cards, restaurant gift cards, clothing for youth and teens.

Everyone and anyone is ewelcome and spread the word!

What an incredible week it was last week for RMHA! We had a largely attended community meeting and Josh Colwell presented on his personal journey and story of recovery.

Screenagers was well attended and thank you to the Rochester Opera House and our partner the Strafford County Public Health Network.

Partnering with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention, the DMHA is holding its 5th Annual ISOSL day, always the Saturday before Thanksgiving, on November 22 from 10am-1pm. What is ISOSL day? It is the International Survivor of Su***de Loss day. This is a powerful day for folks who have lost a loved one to su***de to come together to support one another with caring conversations and connection. This event is open to anyone in our region who has lost someone to su***de. Please see the flyer for more information and to register for this event.

The Rochester Mental Health Alliance and the Strafford County Public Health Network has teamed up to bring the award winning film Screenagers: Growing up in the Digital Age to the Rochester Opera House to our communities, at no charge! The filmed will be shown on Wednesday, November 19 at 6:00pm. Following the film will be a live panel discussion with local representatives to discuss the film and share their experiences with the impact of screens on youth in our communities.
This event is open to anyone, and youth are encouraged to attend!
