💪 Boosting Wellness – Shorter days can affect mood and energy. Light exercise, engaging activities, and balanced meals with seasonal produce like squash, apples, and root veggies help maintain overall health.
❄️ Planning Ahead for Winter – Fall is a natural time to prepare for the colder months, when driving, shoveling, and home upkeep become more challenging.

“My mother has lived there for just over a year now. The staff do care very much for each of the residents there. The staff are faithful at bringing my mom her meds, and they respond to all her needs. Ana, the site manager, is professional and very attentive to my mom’s body health and soul health. Ana ensures my mom is well taken care of, and she communicates well with me and my brothers about my mom’s health.
Overall, Pine Hill cares deeply about the residents, and my mom is happy there. She is 95 and even though it is a step down from her previous place, she is well taken care of and is happy.
