Led by Melody, we'll begin with a gentle Somatic Flow to release tension and arrive fully in your body. From that place of softened awareness, you'll receive relaxing Acupuncture or gentle ear seeds.

Then, allow yourself to be enveloped in a masterfully crafted Sound Bath with Zach, a Certified ExpertSound Healer. He’ll weave a tapestry of healing frequencies using an array of premium instruments:

• Two Gongs for expansive, transformative waves
