Led by a Certified Instructor (IICCT Level 1 & 2), a member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association (FCIA), and a Casa Larga wine expert. Enjoy a 90-minute immersive tasting experience plus a take-home chocolate map. Chocolate and wines will be available for purchase after class.
