We all have a story to tell. For some of us, the narrative is sprinkled with trauma and pain. Here’s the good news. You have the power to edit. Change the plot. Change your narrative. Change your life.

Through the use of a Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, BioPsychoSocialSpiritual method of talk based therapy combined with the use of clinical hypnotherapy, you can see results. Over the past 15 years I have worked with a wide variety of clientele in diverse settings. Much of my career as a Licensed Social Worker has been spent counseling others and linking them to community resources. I specialize in working with chronic pain and anxiety. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool and it has helped with many things such as insomnia, trauma, weight loss, and even smoking cessation! If hypnosis isn’t for you, that’s ok too.

Everyone deserves a chance to tell their story. I am here to listen.
