There is nothing quite like the magic of a handmade card. ❤️ This week we are spending some time delivering Valentines made by the talented students at our local elementary schools to several senior living communities and rehabs in the area.

Seeing the smiles on both ends—the kids' excitement to create and the seniors' joy in receiving—reminded us what community is all about. A huge thank you to the teachers and students for helping Touching Hearts spread a little extra love this week! 💌✨

Yesterday, we had a wonderful time presenting to the dedicated social work team at St. Ann’s Home.

Social workers are the heart of patient advocacy, but it’s impossible to pour from an empty cup. We had an engaging discussion focused on:

Practical strategies to stay resilient while providing world-class care.
