🎁 Spreading Warmth and Joy This Holiday Season!

Our hearts are full after a wonderful day of giving back to our community. Touching Hearts at Home joined GRAPE as they came together to bag and deliver 200 holiday gift bags to older adults living in low-income situations in the Rochester community.

It was truly inspiring to see everyone dive in to help, and even more uplifting to see the joy and gratitude on the faces of those receiving our gifts.

At the core of what we do is a commitment to ensuring our community members feel seen and cared for, especially during the holidays. Seeing the impact of these 200 bags is the best gift we could receive!

Noel was at it again, spreading some holiday cheer to the amazing staff at Glenmere Friendly Senior Living! ✨ We loved providing a warm hot chocolate bar to say thank you for all you do. Happy Holidays!

Our Community Relations Manager, Gigi, spent the day with GRAPE-Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly helping pack 200 care bags for older adults in our community. We are grateful for her heart, her energy, and her commitment to showing up for the seniors we serve. Thank you, Gigi, for representing Touching Hearts at Home with such compassion and involvement.

Thank you Episcopal SeniorLife Communities for hosting the Holiday Gifts for Seniors Committee this morning at River Edge Manor. 200 bags packed with necessities and goodies to be delivered tomorrow to spread some holiday cheer! Great job committee!
