What a great way to start off April! We were delighted to represent Infinity Peer Support at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Business Showcase!

We had a fantastic time connecting with so many wonderful people who expressed interest in joining our community. It was also a great opportunity to network with fellow local businesses that are eager to pitch in and support our mission. Most importantly, we loved being able to spread awareness about the peer-led resources and wellness frameworks we offer right here in Rochester.

If you missed us this time, don’t worry! We’ll be out in the community frequently. We encourage everyone to stop by the other events we table at to check out our setup, learn more about our programming, and, of course, grab some Infinity swag!

Keep an eye on our newsletter for a list of upcoming events—we can’t wait to see you at the next one.

Our "Book" Group is back by popular demand! Don't' miss it on Thursday (3/15 & 3/19) at 1:00pm.

Reading together—whether you're listening to a story, acting out scenes, or just discussing a plot—helps your mental health by acting as a "reset button" for your brain. When you focus on a story as a group, you’re pulled out of your own circular or anxious thoughts and into a shared, calm space. This type of interaction helps quiet your nervous system and builds a sense of belonging, which is naturally grounding. Essentially, you aren't just reading a book; you’re practicing how to be present, focused, and connected to others, which helps lower stress even if the story itself has nothing to do with mental health.

We are happy to be offering a Women's Group in addition to our longstanding Men's. Both take place on Wednesdays at 10:30am.

Joining a women-only mental health group can be a transformative experience. There is a specific kind of "ego-drop" that happens when you’re in a space where the shared lived experience is a given, rather than something you have to explain or defend.
