Our "Book" Group is back by popular demand! Don't' miss it on Thursday (3/15 & 3/19) at 1:00pm.

Reading together—whether you're listening to a story, acting out scenes, or just discussing a plot—helps your mental health by acting as a "reset button" for your brain. When you focus on a story as a group, you’re pulled out of your own circular or anxious thoughts and into a shared, calm space. This type of interaction helps quiet your nervous system and builds a sense of belonging, which is naturally grounding. Essentially, you aren't just reading a book; you’re practicing how to be present, focused, and connected to others, which helps lower stress even if the story itself has nothing to do with mental health.

We are happy to be offering a Women's Group in addition to our longstanding Men's. Both take place on Wednesdays at 10:30am.

Joining a women-only mental health group can be a transformative experience. There is a specific kind of "ego-drop" that happens when you’re in a space where the shared lived experience is a given, rather than something you have to explain or defend.

Infinity Peer Support bridges the gap between professional services and personal recovery by offering community-based programs and one-on-one mentorship. They empower individuals to build resilience and reclaim their lives through a non-judgmental, person-centered approach that prioritizes lived experience as a valuable tool for healing.

Peer Support is a supportive relationship between people who share similar lived experiences, such as mental health challenges, addiction, or trauma. Unlike clinical therapy, it focuses on mutual understanding, emotional validation, and practical hope provided by someone who has "been there" and successfully navigated their own recovery.

Every Tuesday at 10:00am we have our Meditation Group.

In the landscape of recovery, a Meditation Group serves as the "gym for the mind." While other groups focus on talking, doing, or creating, meditation is about learning to sit with oneself without the need to "fix" or "escape" the present moment. For those navigating mental health challenges or substance use, this is a radical act of self-regulation.

More Fun and Games on Monday 2/23 at 1pm!

In a recovery or mental wellness setting, a Fun and Games Group is often the most underrated "serious" tool available. For someone coming out of the chaos of addiction or the heaviness of depression, relearning how to have fun without a substance or a "reason" is a vital clinical milestone.
