Due to weather conditions, snow-covered and icy roads, and overall unsafe travel conditions, we are canceling the Monday 5:00am, 6:00am, and 8:30am classes.

We will reassess road and weather conditions later in the morning and provide an update regarding late-morning and afternoon classes.

“CrossFit”

Starting next week, The Detour Gym will no longer be a CrossFit affiliate.

This was not an easy decision.....CrossFit has been a huge part of my life since 2006. I opened the first CrossFit gym in Rochester back in 2009 and have been part of the community ever since. It’s shaped who I am as a coach and played a big role in building what Detour has become today.

We’ll keep doing what we’ve always done — helping people get stronger, move better, and feel their best.

For current CrossFit Affiliate owners, keep at it!

Appreciate everyone who’s been part of the journey.

The next chapter starts now.
