This NEW small group experience includes three sessions, each introducing a new prompt and a different art medium. The emphasis is on the process, not artistic skill, and creating space to better understand yourself through creativity.

No prior art experience is required. This group is open to adults (18+) who are curious about using creativity as a tool for insight, regulation, and self-expression. Teen group to come soon!

Yoga+ meets you where you are, you do not need to be a counseling client to attend. We have classes M-Thur evenings and Saturday mornings! Come when you can. We’ll be here for supportive movement and a room full of humans figuring it out together.

Classes are welcoming to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years.
