We’ve been blown away by the support behind this giveaway. From day one, local businesses have shown up for us in ways that we don’t take lightly—welcoming us in, believing in what we’re building, softly encouraging patience (shoutout to Digno for that fireside nugget of wisdom) and offering generosity without hesitation.

Supporting the people and places that support all of us 🤍

This spring, we’re putting together a few small bundles for some meaningful local causes—each one a simple invitation to rest, reset, and be cared for.

You’ll find them at:
- The Rochester Red Cross Dine for Disaster Relief fundraiser
- The Rochester Wellness Crawl ()
- The Wilmot Cancer Centwr Nurses Raffle

Each bundle includes a custom Stick & Stone Turkish towel + a gift certificate ($50-$100 to use toward any sauna or future offering within the next year.

We’ve been quietly tending something behind the scenes 🌿

Our intention has always been to help build a culture of nature-based wellness here in the Rochester area through guided forest bathing. We chose to follow the proper channels and are currently awaiting approval through the Monroe County Legislature to host immersion walks in Monroe County Parks.

While we wait, we’re not standing still.
This spring, guided forest bathing will be part of our Sunday offering, The Sunday Reset (sauna included) at Holmes Hollow Farm along the Crescent Trail.

And beginning now — we’re opening the woods to you wherever you are.

We’re launching an ongoing series called Returning to The Woods: seasonal, downloadable guided forest bathing sessions you can take into any forest you choose.

Alongside it, we’ll share a monthly Returning Ritual right here on Instagram — a simple forest-based practice you can carry into your week.�How to do it in under 15 minutes.�How to do it indoors.�Stories of how it has changed our lives and others’.

Every Sunday, a new piece of the ritual will unfold here on our page.
