With screens all around, many of us spend hours at day staring at them. This can lead to digital eye strain.

Common symptoms include:
💻 Blurry vision
💻 Dry or watery eyes
💻 Headaches
💻 Eye fatigue
💻 Neck and shoulder pain

You can help prevent it though:
✅ 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
✅ Adjust screen brightness and reduce glare
✅ Blink more often
✅ Keep screens at arm’s length and slightly below eye level
✅ Use artificial tears if your eyes feel dry
