Last week, Dr. Regan Anderson and Dr. Divine attended the American Association of Endodontics annual meeting in Salt Lake City. The biannual AAE Board meeting was held as well where Dr. Divine serves as a District Director. The meeting is an international source of continuing education and networking. Both our doctors learned about new technology and techniques within endodontics. A highlight of the meeting is always the UMN Alumni Reception - where Dr. Divine coordinated (and attempted) a DJ for the celebration. Now in its second year of tradition, the former Chief Residents grouped together for a photo - both Dr. RA and Divine served this important role. UMN director Dr. Noblett was inducted as AAE President and UMN adjunct faculty Dr. Law received the Coolidge Award, AAE's highest honor.

Dr. Divine recently traveled to Chicago, where the American Association of Endodontics headquarters is located, to participate in the AAE Budget & Finance Committee meeting. This committee is led by the AAE Treasurer and is made up of AAE Board Members and AAE Staff. Dr. Divine heads to Salt Lake City next month for the annual AAE Board of Directors meeting!

Camille is the friendly face behind so many healthy, happy smiles. Her attention to detail, gentle care, and genuine compassion make every patient feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment they sit in the chair.

Not only is Camille an incredible hygienist, but she also serves as our lead dental assistant helping keep our office running smoothly every single day. Her dedication, organization, and leadership make such a difference for both our team and our patients.

Dr. Divine recently returned to her alma mater - Arizona State University - to meet with current Pre-Dental students. Dr. Divine was an active pre-dental member serving as President of the Pre-Dental club and helping start a free dental clinic from a dental trailer with a group of dental students at the local dental school. She returned to share her dental experiences from pre-dental to dental student then endodontic resident and now private practice owner, clinical endodontist, and part-time educator. She had a great time connecting with future dentists and hopes to be invited back in the future - especially in the winter months!

This fun case demonstrates a "mini-molar" premolar morphology. Only being present about 5% of the time, these are not common. These challenging treatments provide an opportunity to balance conservative accesses with excellent disinfection.

External resorption can be treatable, especially if detected early enough.

This external resorption on a lower second molar was able to be saved with root canal treatment with concurrent surgical resorption repair.
