Congratulations to our own Tashiana Scott!
In recognition of her exceptional dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to patient-centered care, and in support of her pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), it is with great enthusiasm that Tashiana Scott, RN, has been named the recipient of the Jordan Health Beta Chi Chi Nursing Scholarship.

With over 15 years of nursing experience, including service as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Tashiana exemplifies the very essence of nursing — compassion, professionalism, adaptability, and reliability. She consistently demonstrates a deep commitment to improving the lives of patients through empathy, clinical excellence, and advocacy. Her presence brings stability, confidence, and warmth to every environment she serves.

Our Story

The health services that became the Jordan Health Center, began more than 100 years ago, in 1904, and was one of the first five Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) established in the nation. Located in neighborhoods where the most pressing need exists, Jordan’s roots are steeped in service to underserved and uninsured residents, meeting their need for comprehensive health services. Anthony L. Jordan Health Center began in northeast Rochester and has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of the Rochester and in Canandaigua, N.Y.
