How do you benefit from sound healing and meditation ??
Sound healing and meditation share similarities in that they both promote inward focus and temporary detachment from the external world. This allows for a much-needed pause, a break from the often chaotic situations in our lives, providing an opportunity for our minds and bodies to recharge. The benefits of taking a daily break are significant, but using sound to guide us into a deep state of relaxation and meditation can be even more impactful. It helps us release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and well-being. For those of you who have not practiced yoga Nidra , or Sound Healing before, these practices are backed by science to be proven therapeutic in so many ways.
