Life sucks sometimes, but you deserve the chance to learn what it's like beyond this season of life. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where every client can feel fully heard, understood, and challenged. I want to hold space for you to process through the challenges you're facing. There is no "one size fit's all" therapy approach, that is why I use a few different therapeutic techniques to fit your needs. No matter where you are on your journey, I want to help empower you to start thriving instead of just surviving and take control of your life again. so many of us have learned these patterns simply by surviving the environments we grew up in. 💛💜

Codependency isn’t about being “too much” or “too needy.”
It’s about losing pieces of yourself while trying to stay connected to others.

Here’s the truth:
💜 You’re allowed to have needs
💛 You’re allowed to take up space
💜 You’re allowed to have boundaries
💛 You’re allowed to be your full, whole self

Healing codependency is a process of returning home to YOU — your feelings, your needs, your voice, your reality.

🤍 First stripe earned 🤍🥋 In Jiu Jitsu, every stripe marks progress — not perfection, but persistence. Each class, each challenge, each moment I chose to show up anyway.

The women I train with make me stronger in every way — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Just like in therapy, growth happens through support, resilience, and showing up for yourself and others.
