Among the many exciting things you can expect from ACA in 2026, we are thrilled to be publishing our first children's book in a new series titled, "We All Have SuperPowers!" Authored by Ashley Zomalt and Kacy Brubaker and illustrated by Juliana Castro, this new series is designed for young learners — taking them on everyday adventures that become powerful lessons in empathy, resilience, logic and mindfulness.

The first book, "Captain Emotions and the SuperPower Pack" will be released this summer. Meet the characters and stay tuned for additional updates!

Happy New Year’s Eve, everyone!

We made it to the end of 2025. We’re still a work-in-progress—and that’s okay! As we enter this last stretch, BetterHelp therapist Sarah Close, LPC, reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.

You do not have to have everything together to start again. As you close the year, give yourself space to start fresh without pressure. Clear what feels heavy. Set intentions that support you. Rest when you need rest.
