❗️Important Update on Behavioral Health Services ❗️

We want to share an important update about upcoming changes to behavioral health services for the Catawba community.

In June 2026, the Catawba Service Unit’s behavioral health contract with Rainfall will be ending. If you are currently receiving services through Rainfall, your provider may have already spoken with you about this transition and your options moving forward.

We understand that changing providers can be challenging. To support you during this time, we are working closely with Catawba Nation Behavioral Health Services (CNBHS) to ensure continued access to care.

CNBHS has been preparing to welcome additional patients, while Catawba Service Unit will continue providing mental health prescriptions. Because both services are located next to each other, you’ll be able to access counseling, medication management, and pharmacy services all in one convenient location.

​The Catawba Service Unit will be CLOSED tomorrow, Monday, March 16th, out of an abundance of caution due to the potential for severe weather in our area. ⛈️

​The safety of our staff and community is our top priority. We plan to resume normal operations on Tuesday, March 17th.
